Marine Descent

This is a metroidvania game made in one month for Metroidvania Moth 23.

You have crashed your submarine and need to find a new engine for it. However the underwater caverns are full of different kinds of monsters and you will have to find upgrades for your gear and other items to be able to survive your journey.

The game includes:

-3 different areas

-12 different enemy types and several other hazards

-3 bosses

-9 items and 3 health upgrades you can find

-2 difficulty levels

-A save system

There is no map system as learning to create one would have taken too much time.

Controls

-Move: A,D

-Jump/descend (with boots upgrade): Space

-Shoot: Mouse left

-Torpedo (with cannon upgrade): Mouse right

-Save at an altar: E

-Pause/inventory: Esc

-Switch screen mode: F1
